It is consist of reading room, video information internet room. There are children's books which is composed of 5,500 volumes & etc. And have 10,000 book in the library that can be satisfied and proud of the small library such as; English books 1,000, fairy tales, readers digest. novel book, chapter books and etc. With various English books a fun to study. The resident association dream a small library in Chojangdong with autonomous book donation and various program operate from library management. The resident will take initiative which people lead themselves independent library with study room, English classroom easy class domestic science, life science, including after school program which operate yourself to lear adoption and manage into one's heart. It is a place for grade space as well as book since childhood like love his/her favorite books as the child raised growth. In the「small library」 have a puppet show operate program for cultural experience and etc. Friends and family together can communicate with the space and transform into cultural space to our children the best gift like books as the children grown.

Once people spending all and enjoyed through the books is a life time habit to check in daily life.
