During the colonial of Japanese war period in the South Korea, the Provisional Capital Government Hall, formerly Gyeongsamnam-do. After the Busan District Prosecution Office and Busan Police Department and so on, was used by Korean modern history, social and politics. Busan is the only port and gateway for the transportation and was the center of industry, education, culture, facilities development. The Gyeongnamdo office Jenju transferred to Busan.
The Gyeongnam party (Now Seogu Bumin 2 Ga) there was a Charity Hospital as to provisional office with an area of 8,736 Pyeong as the site selected by Gyeongnam-do Government. The construction began in 1925 until April 25, 1925.

The police department and the Judicial Department in Kojedong, sold to Dong-A University in 2002.
In the second floor (2F) the red building, the Seogu Renaissance, a western style was transformed. A strong front on the right and left symmetrical level was transformed, and both sides finishing compared first and appraised as the beautiful building completed.
